Great Low Carb Bread Company Conchas de pasta

If your on keto and are craving pasta this will definitely fit the bill. A little pricey but worth itIt's not gonna taste exactly like pasta but once you top it with a low carb sauce option your good to go. Even my teenage son ate it

As a diabetic, I try to follow low carb/Keto diets most of the time. This pasta is very good, but expensive. The flavor is good, but the texture is not like regular pasta. It will take 10 minutes more cook time than directions state. They will remain el dente. But, they were great in the shrimp pasta salad.

I’ve tried just about every pasta available & this brand are by for the best. The shells are especially good. Little expensive but they go a long way. If your looking for a low carb pasta option try these - my top is to cook longer than instructed on package

This was a tasty product and texture was good, but it is also very pricey.

This is the worst product I’ve ever bought on Amazon. After boiling they fell apart, tasted like a piece of chalk, and for over 10 bucks a bag it’s a total ripoff. My God it’s awful. Not even close to being eatable.

I have bought this pasta multiple times, but this was my first time cooking the shells. I did the same thing I always do, but I noticed that while the shells were boiling it was crumbling up. I took it out early to make sure I wasn't overcooking it. It was still pretty crunchy when I took it out of the water, and it continued to break up while I added my sauce and butter. By the time I was ready to serve it, the whole pan was complete mush. I literally threw it in the trash. I was really disappointed.

To my taste, these aren't worth the cost. Some people live this pasta, but to me it's meh with an grainy gluey texture. I suggest trying to one bag. You might think these are great. But, while the flavor is fine (not GREAT, not bad... Just ok) the these pasta shells go from raw to WAY over cooked without the happy el dente middle ground. If I was starving and given this I'd eat it and live through it... but will not buy these again.

I've been doing low carb for three years and honestly this company does do it spot on with their pasta! I love all of the shapes and make salads to pasta to pasta bakes. I eat in moderation but it's a staple in my cupboard. Not a fan of their bread items but pasta is the BEST I have had.
