If the price on this resin were lower I would have given it 10 stars!This is the first shilajit resin I’ve ordered on here that is truly a good quality shilajit resin! Real shilajit is off putting to a first time user! Opening the jar you find a viscous black tar that smells like you’ve been shoved into a smoldering campfire! It’s an intense odor and taste that, once I felt the benefits for myself of using shilajit, I eventually came to crave! This resin comes w a small scoop to allow neater dosing of the supplement, I recommend dipping that scoop into ice water before scooping. The resin will then slide right off of the scoop neatly! This is for sure the best shilajit I have tried. You can actually feel this one. The strength of the mountain I like to say. Gives a feeling like power/energy from within. I take it after my liquid vitamins. I think it also catalyzes them because of all the trace minerals. I get a pea sized amount and scrape it off into my mouth and then stir the rest stuck to the stick into a warm beverage like some coffee. I let it start to dissolve in my mouth basically and then I also start drinking coffee. Smells kind of strange. Not good but not bad.
